How to bend an Instep bike trailer
My husband demonstrating how to fold/collapse a bike trailer for easy transport or storing. Steps: 1. If a handlebar is present, remove the handlebar and replace the pins in the brackets. 2. Remove the rear wheels and set them to the side. 3. If a front wheel is present, undo the quick release pin and separate the front wheel from the tow bar. Set the wheel aside. 4. Remove the quick-release pin from the tow bar bracket at the front corner of the trailer. 5. Fold the tow bar back underneath the trailer, and replace the quick-release pin through the tow bar and bracket. . Place all loose items inside the passenger compartment, and close the rain cover. . Release the latches on the canopy frame joiners and carefully fold the trailer compartment flat. Use caution to avoid getting pinched! 8. Store the trailer in a dry place. If the storage area will get hot, release some of the air from the tire inner tubes to prevent excessive expansion or popping.
